How can you produce that section? It seems like to me that the section was being cut... Well, I just could not understand how did you come out the section first.
Yeah, the small section at the bottom was cut out of the whole using gimp (an upscale ms paint utility). This section is meant for wall paper so it necessarily has to be a rectangular image. You can download the image and use it as a tiled background.
